Media Freedom Project

The Media Freedom Project, funded by the British Academy and Leverhulme, examines the political discourses and practice of media freedom in the UK since 2016. Computational research methods and interview will be used in this research. Through the analyses, the research aims to develop a fresh approach to the underlying problems and tensions concerning the UK’s media freedom and the impact of the changes in political cultures on media freedom in this democratic country.
